Um die zunehmende Unüber[shy]sichtlichkeit des Papier[shy]archivs und die eingeschränkte Verfügbarkeit der Patientenakten im Griff zu bekommen, entschied sich das Krankenhaus Maria-Hilf Stadtlohn für Einführung einer Software-Lösung für Dokumenten[shy]management und digitaler Archivierung.

Mit der ECM-Lösung ist der gleichzeitige und 24/7-Zugriff auf die Patienten[shy]daten gesichert – und dies unabhängig vom Bereich oder Arbeits[shy]platz. Verlegte oder ausge[shy]liehende Akten gibt es nicht mehr. Zudem erfolgt der Zugriff aufgrund der Recherche[shy]möglichkeiten zeitnah. Alle Daten und Dokumente werden revisions[shy]sicher und gesetzes[shy]konform archiviert. Durch die mehrfache Vorhaltung von Daten sowohl im ECM-Systems als auch in den führenden Systemen ist eine Fortführung des Klinik[shy]betriebes bei Ausfall eines der Systeme jederzeit möglich. Insgesamt laufen die Prozesse mit der Software von OPTIMAL SYSTEMS schneller, gesuchte Informationen sind sofort zur Hand, Kosten in Bezug auf Papier und Archiv[shy]raum sind entfallen oder haben sich reduziert.
