Since 2014, OPTIMAL SYSTEMS has been conducting annual online employee surveys using DearEmployee tools. With the help of the results, the everyday working life of the employees has been sustainably improved.
Focus on employee satisfaction
At the beginning of the collaboration, analysis goals and survey content were defined by management and the HR department. In the very first survey, three quarters of the employees took part. In order to measure the success of the actions emerging from the survey and to make necessary adjustments, the survey has been repeated annually since then – each time with greater recognition. The results have led to a measurable increase in employee satisfaction, higher motivation, and lower sickness rate.
More than 300 employees took part in 2017. Since this year, the survey has been completely digital. The survey also takes place on a site-related basis and takes into account the different fields of work of OPTIMAL SYSTEMS.
