The document management functions of enaio® streamline the creation of documents and information of various types and control how they are processed, accessed and exchanged between various persons. This solution thus helps you to efficiently control and organize the flow of information in your company. That’s why SAP offers a certified archive interface with which documents, data, and receipts can be exported. enaio® adds ECM functions to SAP that support various archiving and document management scenarios along the entire transaction chain.
OPTIMAL SYSTEMS provides dedicated enaio® interfaces for Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics AX, each of which extends the respective solution with audit-proof archiving or receipts, sophisticated document management, and digital workflows for incoming invoice processes, release procedures, and other jobs. NAV or AX receipts thus become part of a comprehensive and searchable ECM document pool that includes correspondence, Office documents, e-mails, presentations, and much more. For you this translates into faster receipt processing and searches. Moreover, the ability of your employees to provide information increases substantially.

His experience covers a broad spectrum of industries in the field of data and information management. Since May 2019 he has been Managing Director of OPTIMAL SYSTEMS Austria.
