OPTIMAL SYSTEMS was founded in Berlin in 1991. The software development of enaio® and the management are located here.

In addition, we offer all main services from Berlin, such as product management, consulting, support and training as well as marketing, finance and human resources.

The independent sales companies of the OPTIMAL SYSTEMS group are located all over Germany, Austria and Switzerland. They have regional focuses or a sector focus and are responsible for sales as well as consulting for our customers.

In 2020, OPTIMAL SYSTEMS joined the Kyocera Document Solutions Group, which is part of the Kyocera Group. Our home remains Berlin.
