Peter Kreitmeir is a digitization fan and motivator in every sense of the word. He has been active in the field of digitization, document management, and ECM/EIM for more than 20 years.
He has been with OPTIMAL SYSTEMS since 2009 and, with his passion for digitization and information management, has been leading customers and projects to success together with his team. Initially as project manager and since 2012 as Director Professional Services, he is responsible for all customers and projects in Bavaria. Since April 2022, he has been responsible for all operational business areas as COO and member of the Executive Board.

Rudolf Purwien began his IT career back in the 1980s, when he oversaw IT at Nixdorf Computer AG. He has focused on the topic of ECM/DMS since 1993, and has gathered hands-on experience as a sales director and managing director at various systems and software vendors.
In 2008, he founded the OPTIMAL SYSTEMS subsidiary in Munich together with OPTIMAL SYSTEMS GmbH. Here, he is a shareholder and serves as Managing Director.
