With over 20 years of experience in the areas of digitization, document management and enterprise content management (ECM), Peter Kreitmeir is a true digitization expert. Even before his time at OPTIMAL SYSTEMS, he supported customers, including public administrations, with digitization.
He has been contributing his passion and expertise to numerous customer projects at OPTIMAL SYSTEMS since 2009. As COO and member of the management board, Peter Kreitmeir is responsible for all operational business areas and puts his heart and soul into leading customers and projects to success with his team in Bavaria.

Rudolf Purwien began his IT career back in the 1980s, when he oversaw IT at Nixdorf Computer AG. He has focused on the topic of ECM/DMS since 1993, and has gathered hands-on experience as a sales director and managing director at various systems and software vendors.
In 2008, he founded the OPTIMAL SYSTEMS subsidiary in Munich together with OPTIMAL SYSTEMS GmbH. Here, he is a shareholder and serves as Managing Director.
