Globus, a traditional DIY and specialist retailer with over 144 stores in Germany and others in Luxembourg, the Czech Republic and Russia, replaced its old archive with a strategic information platform based on yuuvis® RAD. The aim was to achieve high-performance full-text searches, integrated workflows, centralized contract management and web-based access with centralized administration. The step-by-step migration allowed a quick go-live: The first store went live after one month and the rollout to all stores was completed after six months. Meffert AG Farbwerke centralized its applicant management via a portal based on yuuvis® RAD in order to streamline the time-consuming, cross-brand and cross-location communication for an average of 120 applications per month. The solution covers the entire process – from content creation and time-controlled online synchronization of vacancies to entry in employee files and internal distribution, through to form letters for acceptances and rejections as well as appointments. A deletion script ensures data protection-compliant retention periods, while the log function documents all processes.
