yuuvis® cloud-archive is a software tool that enables data to be exchanged between SAP and yuuvis® Momentum via the ArchiveLink®, ILM, and CMIS interfaces. And because the interfaces are certified, the two systems can be seamlessly integrated with each other.
ArchiveLink® lets you capture documents, e-mails, print lists, and other files in the cloud archive and display them directly in SAP. As part of the process, the documents are automatically linked to the matching business object in the SAP system. Generic object services integrate the documents into the leading application so that users do not have to switch between applications.
The newer CMIS standard is even more powerful – especially in cloud environments – and is also supported by a certified interface.
SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) is a solution from SAP that allows you to effectively manage the lifecycle of data within your company. Transferring data for storage in the cloud archive via ILM is a compliance building block and supports long-term archiving so that you can meet your company’s data retention and regulatory requirements.
