OPTIMAL SYSTEMS has been developing software solutions for the management of information since 1991. Numerous awards and satisfied customers prove our success.

For our broad product range – from general document management to special solutions such as forensic forensics – we have received a large number of certifications. They certify a seamless connection to specialized applications such as SAP and document the conformity of enaio® with industry standards and norms according to DIN, EN and ISO.

Our Awards

eGovernment Award in 2018, 2019 and 2021

The trade journal “eGovernment Computing” awarded OPTIMAL SYSTEMS Hannover the eGovernment Award in 2018, 2019 and 2021. In large-scale reader surveys, OPTIMAL SYSTEMS was awarded in the “e-records” category each time. The e-records based on enaio® is one of our most popular, versatile and variable solutions for public administrations. It enables a fast and comfortable administration, archiving and processing of all information such as scans, text documents or incoming e-mails.

German Innovation Award 2021

With yuuvis®, OPTIMAL SYSTEMS has won the German Innovation Award in the category Functional Software. The prize honors products and solutions which distinguish themselves from previous solutions primarily by their user-centric approach and their added value. The award was given for the use of yuuvis® at the Northern Business School (NBS).

Award “ICT products of the year 2020” of the business magazine funkschau

In a total of 21 categories, the German business magazine funkschau awarded the prize “ICT Products of the Year 2020”. Around 14,000 readers were called upon to vote for their favourite. OPTIMAL SYSTEMS won the trophy in the categories DMS, ECM and EIM. Among the winners in other categories were Cisco and Microsoft.

Innovator of the year 2018

Since 2017, “Die Deutsche Wirtschaft”, the voice of medium-sized businesses, has been awarding what is probably the largest audience prize in the domestic economy. In 2018, around 80,000 participants were called upon to vote on the most innovative companies in the German economy. In the category “Technology & Products” OPTIMAL SYSTEMS won with its new Content Services Framework yuuvis®. yuuvis® convinced the majority of decision-makers as an innovative software that enables the digital workplace of tomorrow.

Sustainable hospital partner

In 2016, the Association of Hospital Directors in Germany (VKD) awarded us the title of “Sustainable Hospital Partner with regard to Information and Medical Technology”. The basis for the award is the decades of use of our ECM solution enaio^® at the University Hospital of Schleswig-Holstein. It is used there as a central information platform in the medical and administrative sectors as one of the first IHE-compliant ECM solutions.

ECM-Award 2012

At the Stuttgart Exhibition Centre, the IT trade publication COMPUTERWOCHE and Pentadoc AG named OPTIMAL SYSTEMS ECM Producer of the Year 2012. This year, the prize was awarded for the first time in recognition of Enterprise Content Management as one of the key disciplines in the economic handling of information in companies. With enaio®, OPTIMAL SYSTEMS was able to prevail against 29 competitors.
