The independent Institute of Research and Data Aggregation has evaluated more than 200 different sources in order to select the best employers in Germany. OPTIMAL SYSTEMS is one of them and can call itself “Top 1% Leading Employer”.
A constantly changing world of work is forcing companies to offer their employees something beneficial in order to retain them in the long term and attract new talent. This starts with salary, but doesn’t end there: flexible working, involvement with colleagues and benefits are just as much a part of the equation today.

For the study, the Institute of Research & Data Aggregation from Hamburg evaluated 160,000 companies based on 200 sources. According to the study, the best employers in Germany include companies such as Dekra, Evonik, Puma, and Rewe. OPTIMAL SYSTEMS is also among the top 1%. Jana Blankenhagen, Chief Human Resources Officer, feels that the company’s employer policy has been confirmed.
