Fujitsu renews CaseM data management solution – streamlines work especially in the public sector

The technologically completely renewed CaseM 2.0 offers intelligent data management solutions, cloud services and software support, and has been developed especially for the needs of government organizations, municipalities and cities. The new solution will significantly streamline the operations of organizations and increase the meaningfulness of work. With CaseM 2.0, it is possible, for example, to classify matters and documents as well as to carry out translation work completely automatically. CaseM 2.0 available to Fujitsu Finland's customers in spring 2026.

CaseM 2.0 utilizes the latest possible technology to provide organizations with a cost-effective and secure information management solution. It combines AI-powered document management, smooth approval processes and archiving capabilities, streamlining and modernizing working methods. The use of the service also reduces the need for paper printouts, as statutory documents can be archived electronically in an easy-to-find format.

CaseM, which has been on the market for more than 15 years, is commonly used, especially in public services, as part of decision-making processes. The largest users of the information management solution developed by Fujitsu include Tiera, the City of Tampere and the Bank of Finland.

The law requires retention periods for certain documents, the management of which will be further streamlined by the new CaseM 2.0. In the development of the solution, special attention has been paid to its remarkably fast deployment. The basic functions of CaseM 2.0 are ready for the customer to use within days of ordering. In addition, as part of the new CaseM 2.0, users will be surrounded by a user community that enables networked development with other operators in the industry. In this way, the service is tailored to the needs of the users even more efficiently.

For existing customers, CaseM is automatically updated to the new CaseM 2.0 version at no extra charge. CaseM 2.0, which makes strong use of artificial intelligence, will be implemented in cooperation with Fujitsu Finland and KYOCERA Document Solutions Finland Oy and is powered by yuuvis® Momentum from OPTIMAL SYSTEMS.
