kairos automatically recognizes and classifies different document types such as contracts, quotations or reports based on text content and layout features. You can display the results as suggestions or – with a high confidence value – accept them directly without manual intervention.
Both individual files and large batches of documents can be processed. Uncertain cases (low confidence value) are marked for further review. Thanks to modern AI models, kairos delivers reliable results even with complex, multi-page or heterogeneous documents..
Beyond simple classification, kairos automatically recognizes key metadata such as tax and IBAN numbers, as well as dates in contracts, quotations, orders, and many other document types. Content from tables, headers and other structured areas is also captured by the technology.

kairos recognizes logical sections in multi-page documents and automatically splits them into independent, semantically meaningful documents. This function is particularly helpful when processing large scan files or collections with different document types with varying page structures. This means less manual preparation for you.
The subsequent classification processes and metadata extraction are then carried out on the basis of correctly segmented data.
kairos also automatically recognizes tables in documents, identifies their structure and precisely extracts the data they contain. Complex or irregularly formatted tables are also reliably captured.
