The National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Funds has introduced the ECM software from OPTIMAL SYSTEMS with the goal of setting up an integrated information management platform. This means that all electronic documents are managed and made available cetrally.
The ECM system also optimizes the planning and documentation processes regarding board and committee meetings, which are of great importance to the organization.
As the central industry association in a highly dynamic sector, the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Funds (GKV-Spitzenverband) is constantly evolving. That’s why we’ve decided to use ECM technologies to continue efforts to further optimize our organizational and process structures.
