The independent Institute of Research and Data Aggregation has evaluated more than 200 different sources in order to select the best employers in Germany. OPTIMAL SYSTEMS is one of them and can call itself “Top 1% Leading Employer”.
A changing world of work is forcing companies to offer their employees something good in order to retain them in the long term and attract new talent. This starts with pay, but doesn't end there: flexible working, collegial cooperation and benefits are just as important today.
For the study, the Institute of Research & Data Aggregation from Hamburg evaluated 160,000 companies based on 200 sources. According to the study, the best employers in Germany include companies such as Dekra, Evonik, Puma, and Rewe. OPTIMAL SYSTEMS is also among the top 1%. Jana Blankenhagen, Chief Human Resources Officer, feels that the company’s employer policy has been confirmed.
“The job market has changed a great deal in recent years – towards dynamic, flexible work profiles that equally benefit employees and companies. We are 100% on board with this development by responding to wishes and needs in comprehensive employee surveys. The Leading Employer award came as a surprise to us, but it shows that we are going in the right direction.”
More information on the LEADING EMPLOYER Award can be found on the Institute's website and here in the video:
