Trust is good, tested security is better: In cooperation with the auditing company IT Audit, OPTIMAL SYSTEMS now offers the creation of a certificate according to the internationally recognized ISAE 3402 audit standard for enaio® hosting. The standard provides independent confirmation of the appropriateness and effectiveness of the implemented controls.
ISAE 3402 is the standard when it comes to the certification of internal control systems. From audit-proof archiving and transparent workflows to secure data processing – an independent auditing company has certified that key aspects of OPTIMAL SYSTEMS’ hosting solution, such as data processing, audit-proof archiving, and automated workflows, meet the highest standards. There are two variants to choose from: ISAE 3402 type I provides companies with precise documentation of the adequacy and implementation of controls at a given point in time. If you want a more in-depth analysis, opt for ISAE 3402 type II: This variant additionally examines the effectiveness of the controls over a period of at least six months and thus provides a comprehensive picture of the efficiency of the controls of the hosting service provided.
