Archive, e-mails, and Microsoft connection from a single source

Arena One Service GmbH, a member of the DO & CO Group, was founded to manage the Allianz Arena in Munich and is now an internationally active company. The company introduced the enterprise content management software from OPTIMAL SYSTEMS to replace their digital archive. The new system was then turned into the leading company-wide information platform.

The archive migration will be followed by the introduction of an e-mail management solution. The next steps include the use of the contract management solution and the implementation of incoming invoice verification and processing in a tool that integrates with the Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP system. The ECM system is to be used across all locations of the company.

A decisive factor in the decision for the OPTIMAL SYSTEMS system was their versatile and scalable CRM solution.
