The ECM software form OPTIMAL SYSTEMS was introduced to meet the company’s constantly increasing business requirements, e.g. quick access to vast amounts of customer data. The ECM system takes on the role of the central data pool and thus enabels data exchange between the various applications.

It was particular the high demands in the service area that prompted Mayer to make the transition to electronic document management. The feeding machines are in daily use on the customers premises. If problems arise, customers expect immediate support. Long search times in the archive of records are unnacceptable under the circumstances. Today, all relevant information is available to the service employee at the push of a button via the serial number of the mashine.
