And that is also available in the modern cloud variant: Microsoft Office 365 offers the perfect technology platform for collaborative work in combination with the functional diversity of an ECM system like enaio®. This means: create Word, Excel or PowerPoint documents directly in enaio®, edit them jointly (in real time) or alone, and store them in the most up-to-date variant in the enaio® file archive. Metadata is automatically transferred and synchronized: enaio® thus integrates seamlessly into the existing Office world.

Viewing or editing rights can be granted when sharing in meetings, chats and channels. The document remains in the storage location in enaio® at all times. This ensures data security and the tracking of changes at all times.
