The step-by-step introduction process involved the migration of data from the legacy digital archive and setting up a connection to Microsoft Dynamics NAV in order to be able to centrally provide data and documents from the financial accounting system. MAERZ Muenchen is planning to add the workflow modules and a solution for contract management from OPTIMAL SYSTEMS over the medium term.
