St. Galler Kantonalbank (SGKB) has introduced a new, efficient document management system that meets the latest requirements and optimally supports the work of its customer consultants. In the banking industry, special regulations apply with regard to compliance, data security, and discretion – and each software application must take this into account.

In view of the more than 250 million existing documents and the simultaneous introduction of the Avaloq Banking Suite, the introduction of enaio® was a highly demanding project. SGKB entrusted RR Donnelley, a partner of the OPTIMAL SYSTEMS Group in Switzerland, with this task, which they performed flawlessly.
