Schweitzer Fachinformationen introduced the enaio® ECM software to set up a uniform information management platform that replaces three old archiving systems. The flexibility and scalability of the software was decisive for choosing OPTIMAL SYSTEMS as their central ECM provider.
In addition to taking over and replacing the existing legacy digital archiving systems, the ECM solution is also used for e-mail archiving and workflow-controlled processing of incoming invoices. With locations in 24 cities, Schweitzer Fachinformationen is one of the largest book retailers in Germany.
In a very extensive evaluation phase, we compared the ECM solutions of six different providers on the basis of 200 criteria relating to the areas of technology, user-friendliness, installation/administration, and flexibility. OPTIMAL SYSTEMS stood out by scoring highly in all areas.
