The Maresi Group is part of Vivatis, a leading Austrian food and beverage company. For 50 years, the food distribution and service company has developed into one of the most successful branded goods companies of Austrian origin and is valued as a reliable and competent partner of the trading and manufacturing industry.

The first project implemented was an incoming invoice processing solution that supports free-form recognition. It is being used to digitize and recognize approx. 25,000 invoices each year and reconcile them with third-party systems. In addition, the SAP ERP system was integrated to reduce the manual posting expenditure and to ensure error-free data synchroni­zation at all times.
