Bills: easy, fast and secure with ECM

The Group has six locations in Aschaffenburg, Bamberg, Nuremberg, Roth, Regensburg and Passau. Here the different transport routes water, rail and road are combined. Bayernhafen sees itself as a moderator of the development of logistics and as a site architect who works with local companies to develop solutions. The goal is to position the sites for global trade. Around 400 companies work in the Bayernhafen Group area.

The ECM system is gradually being expanded into a group-wide information platform. In the first project stage, 130 employees at the Aschaffenburg, Bamberg, Nuremberg and Regensburg sites and at the headquarters of the Bayernhafen Group in Regensburg will use the software for digitizing and processing incoming invoices. The migration of old data including digitization and revision-proof storage from the old paper archive is also part of the first expansion stage.
