The Aschaffenburger Versorgungswerke do everything they can to ensure that life in the town of Aschaffenburg runs smoothly: The individual companies in the network take care of the supply of electricity and gas, local public transport, water pipes as well as open-air swimming pools, indoor swimming pools and ice rinks. The focus is on service-oriented services relating to transport, energy, parking, water and waste disposal.
The ECM suite from OPTIMAL SYSTEMS optimizes all document-related processes at Aschaffenburger Versorgungs-GmbH. The aim of the project is also to fully meet the legal requirements regarding the electronic archiving of commercial and tax-relevant documents.
