Master digitization – meet increasing demands

When people with disabilities and a need for help in Bavaria need services, the Dominikus-Ringeisen-Werk is one of the first addresses in the state. In order to meet the increasing demands in administrative processes, the charitable social economy enterprise was looking for user-friendly, flexible and powerful software for document management, digital archiving and workflows – and found it in the ECM system enaio® by OPTIMAL SYSTEMS. One of the first implementations took place in finance. There, the processing of incoming invoices and document archiving now takes place digitally.

Various digital files also bundle important information, for example in the personnel area and client administration. The Dominikus-Ringeisen-Werk attaches particular importance to the deep integration of the software with the existing specialist software systems (e.g. Connext Vivendi® or Microsoft Exchange and Office).

The ECM system from OPTIMAL SYSTEMS supports the user during document processing in the capture, research, administration, distribution, checking, release and filing of documents in accordance with the Foundation’s process requirements. The user-friendliness was decisive.

The OPTIMAL SYSTEMS software gives our employees a familiar impression. The clear and user-oriented software interface makes working pleasantly easy.
