The first project stage involves the migration of data from the current digital archive. This is followed by introducing the ECM system from OPTIMAL SYSTEMS in the area of financial accounting, including the integration of the existing accounting software (Wilken). After implementing the digital personnel record, including connection to the PAISY system, for the central administration of documents and personnel data, ANTENNE BAYERN is already thinking about adding a contract management component. The use of further ECM solutions is also planned.
