COMRAMO KID GmbH and OPTIMAL SYSTEMS Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH Hanover are now partners. For many years now, the IT service provider has been using the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) software enaio®, enabling it to significantly reduce process throughput times. COMRAMO KID wants to pass on this positive experience to its customers and has included enaio® in its portfolio as a strategic ECM solution.

As an application service provider, the company hosts enaio® in its own data center and takes over the technical operation. Alternatively, COMRAMO KID, as system integration partner, can install and adapt the ECM software on the customer’s premises and is available for support inquiries.

As an IT service provider, COMRAMO KID GmbH implements innovative software concepts and services in the areas of hosting, personnel management, finance and accounting, healthcare, and church registration. These include online processing in its own data center, software development and programming, consulting and support services including user training, and the realization of customer-specific projects. As a long-time customer of OPTIMAL SYSTEMS, the company uses enaio® in the areas of electronic inbox processing, connection to the personnel payroll system KIDICAP®, and to map digital payment and salary records integrating the local mail system and Computer Output on Laser Disk (COLD) imports.

On top of significantly shorter processing times, the company was able to free up its employees from routine activities and reduce costs in terms of material and spatial resources. That is why COMRAMO KID decided to include the solution in its own product portfolio. The IT service provider is offering its customers added value in order to best meet the challenges of digitalization. In the medium term, the company will develop solutions tailored to customer requirements based on enaio®.
