OPTIMAL SYSTEMS and FRANKENRASTER Team Up

Our claim and goal is to support our municipal customers in all aspects of digitization. For this reason, we cooperate with strong partners who complement our offering with their services. And since December 2017, FRANKENRASTER has been one of these partners.

FRANKENRASTER GmbH has developed into the specialist for digitization, archiving, and storage of records, X-ray images, microfiches, plans, and drawings for over 20 years. The ISO/IEC 27001 and DIN ISO 9001-certified service provider also takes over the clearing out of archives as well as the transport and destruction of old records in accordance with the current data protection guidelines. “It’s important to us to provide our customers with good consulting services, even beyond the straightforward scanning and archiving services. We have a partner in OPTIMAL SYSTEMS that we can wholly recommend,” exclaims Hans-Joachim Meinert, Managing Director of FRANKENRASTER GmbH.

“The big advantage for our customers is that the documents digitalized by FRANKENRASTER can be imported directly into enaio®. This ensures smooth data transfer from the analog system to a digital one,” explains Andre Stäbe, Partner Manager of OPTIMAL SYSTEMS Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH Hannover. “Not all our customers who work with enaio® can immediately do without the paper records. Numerous documents on paper, such as letters and faxes, continue to be sent to the public authorities. It makes sense to outsource certain tasks to external professional service providers such as FRANKENRASTER to ensure that a hybrid records management system does not negate the advantages of digitizing work processes. This ensures professional digitization and document-compatible storage of records.”

Rather handy: Documents in FRANKENRASTER’s multiply secured magazine rooms can be made available digitally after just 15 minutes, depending on their size, if a need for them arises. This avoids long delays in work in the administrative field.
