enaio® capture-pro is your capture solution of choice, delivering maximum efficiency and productivity in all specialist fields where documents are scanned.
Users can integrate their existing scanners or draw on more than 200 supported scanner models from leading manufacturers. Many other possible data sources can also be integrated with the auto-import function.

The integrated barcode reading feature deserves special mention. With this function, over twenty different barcode types, including all major 2D codes such as QR codes, can be captured and forwarded fully automatically during scanning (on the fly). Barcode and OCR reading is also possible on subsequent pages. The capture solution sets a benchmark for the recognition of barcodes, which are captured accurately in 600 dpi resolution.

enaio® capture-transfer-module:
Interface to many enaio® scenarios

With the enaio® capture-transfer-module, you benefit from a central interface for the seamless transfer and further processing of scanned documents to enaio®. This includes components such as enaio® kairos and enaio® classify-pro, as well as CSV mailbox distribution and archiving in accordance with TR-RESISCAN.
In a uniform process, the module enables AI-supported classification and indexing of documents. In addition, the interface automatically processes documents via folder monitoring and supports multiple target systems in parallel. Uniform, searchable file formats can be specified during scanning.
