Meyer Logistik uses an efficient document management system based on ECM software from OPTIMAL SYSTEMS for managing business-relevant documents created and processed by over 2,000 employees every day in various departments at locations from Sweden to Sicily.

Process optimization and acceleration were the requirements set for our partner AWP Consult GmbH. As a first step, the solution to automate the management and control of invoice dispatch as well as document archiving was introduced.

Our invoice processing times have been reduced by up to 80 percent, thanks to the incoming document workflow that integrated perfectly into our company workflows. The high level of penetration of the ECM solution within our business processes enables seamless linking of our departments.
