Success in the Automotive Industry Thanks to Company-Wide ECM

FEINGUSS BLANK GmbH, based in Riedlingen, is one of the largest investment foundries in Germany. It has been producing precision castings for the automotive, mechanical and plant engineering, and the tool industry for over 50 years. Faced with a high volume of documents, FEINGUSS BLANK GmbH was quick to recognize the advantages of digital document management and opted for OPTIMAL SYSTEMS software in 1997. Over the past two decades, FEINGUSS BLANK GmbH has continued to expand its ECM system, gradually turning it into a company-wide comprehensive information hub. Today, more than 100 employees use the system.

By digitizing large numbers of records and documents, the company was able to significantly reduce the processing effort. Instead of having to work their way through piles of unstructured paper files, FEINGUSS BLANK employees are now able to quickly and easily access the information they need to fulfill their tasks.

At present, enaio® is being used in production, accounting, marketing, sales, and human resources, to name but a few areas of application. The ECM suite has thus taken on the role of a company-wide comprehensive information hub.
