Platinum! OPTIMAL SYSTEMS wins at the eGovernment Computing Awards

The trade journal eGovernment Computing awarded OPTIMAL SYSTEMS Hannover platinum in the e-records category. The readers have cast their votes: The e-records solution of the document management system enaio® has won again.

Once again on the winner’s podium

In previous years, OPTIMAL SYSTEMS Hannover has already won the industry trophy in silver and gold. “The fact that we are now on the winner’s podium with platinum reflects our users’ confidence in us – and that is the real award and confirms our success as a digitization partner for public administration,” says Jörg Huesmann, managing director of OPTIMAL SYSTEMS Hannover, about the award.

The award-winning solution “e-records” has been tried and tested in public administration for many years. Digital file management is the starting point of every digitization journey in public administration. A good example of this is the Schweinfurt District Office.

The award was presented at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Berlin, where Chief Marketing Officer Sven Kaiser accepted it on behalf of all colleagues in the Public Sector division: “The team in Hanover, but also our experts in Constance, are doing excellent work. Along with the German Innovation Award, which we received in spring, it shows that OPTIMAL SYSTEMS is very well positioned in administration and industry.”

On November 11, the E-Government Computing Awards were presented at the gala in Berlin’s Waldorf Astoria Hotel. Sven Kaiser, Chief Marketing Officer of OPTIMAL SYSTEMS, accepted the award.
