The Enterprise Content Management (ECM) specialists at OPTIMAL SYSTEMS have started the new year as “movers and shakers.” The agenda for 2017 includes the launch of Version 8.50 of the enaio® ECM solution with interesting innovations for mobile working, User Days in the spring and fall, as well as the 20th anniversary of the subsidiary company in Hanover. The company can also look back on a successful year.

At the opening party, it wasn’t just the 25th anniversary of OPTIMAL SYSTEMS in 2016 that gave all employees from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland reason to celebrate. “During the financial year, the group of companies generated sales of 46.1 million euros and thus achieved growth of 14 percent compared to the previous year,” announced Sven Kaiser, company spokesman and head of marketing at OPTIMAL SYSTEMS. For the first time since 2012, the group has again grown at double-digit rates. The number of customer installations has increased to 2,000, and the number of employees in the group has increased from 330 to 380.

For 2017, OPTIMAL SYSTEMS expects a sustained positive development. A key element for this is the new enaio® version 8.50. “It will bring very cool innovations, especially with regard to mobile working,” says Sven Kaiser.

OPTIMAL SYSTEMS Vertriebsgesellschaft Hanover, which specializes in solutions for public administration, is celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2017. Interested parties have numerous contact options at around 40 events. For existing customers, OPTIMAL SYSTEMS is organizing another two User Days in spring and fall this year.
