The document management functions of enaio® streamline the creation of documents and information of various types and control how they are processed, accessed and exchanged between various persons. This solution thus helps you to efficiently control and organize the flow of information in your company. You and your employees gain full transparency over who made changes to which documents and when.

enaio® classify is a professional classification component with an integrated validity check that automatically recognizes and correctly classifies forms and receipts. This makes it an ideal complement to the capture functions of enaio® capture and is suitable, for example, for the development of largely automated incoming invoice processing solutions.

Generally speaking, SAP does not map important functional areas such as digital archiving or e-mail management. That’s why SAP offers a certified archive interface with which documents, data, and receipts can be exported. enaio® adds ECM functions to SAP that support various archiving and document management scenarios along the entire transaction chain.

OPTIMAL SYSTEMS provides dedicated enaio® interfaces for Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics AX, each of which extends the respective solution with audit-proof archiving or receipts, sophisticated document management, and digital workflows for incoming invoice processes, release procedures, and other jobs. NAV or AX receipts thus become part of a comprehensive and searchable ECM document pool that includes correspondence, Office documents, e-mails, presentations, and much more. For you this translates into faster receipt processing and searches. Moreover, the ability of your employees to provide information increases substantially.

After studying computer science in the 1990s, Markus Poller joined a renowned management consultancy in Munich, co-founded a venture capital-financed IT start-up and most recently held a management position at an IT company in Austria. His experience covers a broad spectrum of industries in the field of data and information management. Since May 2019 he has been Managing Director of OPTIMAL SYSTEMS Austria.
