ECM for Patient-Specific Drugs

Allergopharma is the global market leader in the field of SCIT drugs. Founded in 1969 by Joachim Ganzer in Reinbek near Hamburg, the company now employs 450 people. Allergopharma, which has its own research and approval depart­ment, is also a subsidiary of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt.

The specific technical challenges of the digital transformation project included the renewal of the company-wide archiving and printing system with integration of an ERP and OM (output manage­ment) system as well as the audit-proof archiving of all legacy data. In addition, the various specialist departments each had specific requirements, such as electronic order records, the management of SOPs (standard operating procedures), and the digital administration of production and approval documents.

All complex paper-based processes have been transformed into clear, digital workflows with enaio®. The deep integration of enaio® into company-wide processes and the use of digital workflows allows the ECM solution to be used success­fully across the company.
