All customer records and other documents were administered as paper documents at Energieversorgung Filstal. A considerable disadvantage was that the documents were located at different branches which accordingly lead to long access times.
In order to change this situation, it was considered to implement an ECM system so that in the future every employee would be able to access all files immediately and reliably from the workstation.
