By using software products based on the solution platform OS|ECM version 6, you create the prerequisites for smooth computer-based communication and information distribution, enhanced process organization and an increase in data security.
In addition to courses aimed at imparting basic knowledge, our current program offers you advanced trainings allowing you to consolidate your skills, as well as individually customized workshops. Our highly experienced employees show you how to get your system going, tell you tricks for an optimal setup of your user interface and let you know how to retrieve and forward required information even more quickly.
In our state-of-the art training center, OS offers you a differentiated training program, the contents of which can be tailored to the respective participants' prior knowledge and individual needs. Each participant is granted the opportunity to do the exercises and tasks which accompany the seminar using high-performance workstations with pre-set training systems. The participants are provided with detailed handouts which allow them to easily follow the course and to orientate themselves without any problems when revising what they have learned. On request, trainings can of course also be held at the customer's premises. In addition, users are informed about new developments on a regular basis.
